✅ Eligible for Return/Refund
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item delivered is wrong (wrong size, wrong item).
The item has major damage or defect not stated in the description.
The item is incomplete (missing part or accessory, if applicable).
🚫 Not Eligible for Return/Refund
Change of mind (color, style, or personal preference).
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered by the buyer.
📦 How to Request a Return/Refund
Contact us through our official page or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging as proof.
Once approved, you must ship back the item using a trusted courier (buyer shoulders return shipping unless it was our mistake).
Refunds will be processed through GCash, Bank Transfer, or Store Credit within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All items are thrifted and unique, so small signs of wear are considered normal and not valid for return/refund.
Please double-check sizes and details before placing your order.
